Dave Lanciault joined AMS in 2002, following 14 years in strategic management consulting
with Gemini Consulting (where he directed the $65 million Oil and Gas Practice) and A.T. Kearney. Dave has advised clients such as Exxon Mobil, Johnson and Johnson, Chevron

Michael joined AMS in January 2002 and assumed the role of VP, Strategy and Finance
in January 2004. Prior to joining AMS, Michael enjoyed over ten years of managment
consulting experience serving clients such as Microsoft, Prudential Insurance, GTE and Citigroup. View Michael's full bio
Bob Ames has experience in the areas of plant pathology and soil microbiology. Bob
received his BS in Botany and MS in Plant Pathology from Oregon State University,
and his PhD from Colorado State University. His graduate work involved studies of
plant nutrient uptake and the interactions of soil microorganisms. He has held several
public and private sector positions in the field of applied microbiology. View Bob's full bio
Steve Sexton joined AMS with over 16 years experience in agricultural farm management including 10 years working with problem soils and their impact on
agricultural productivity. Steve is well known for his "hands-on" style of collaboration
with growers and distributors to successfully integrate AMS' microbial technology into conventional agricultural production programs; and has led to his new role as NutriLife

Shane Wolf has over 13 years of experience in a variety of business management
and operations roles, highlighted by his stewardship of AMS’ operational practices. His responsibilities transcend the "four walls" of AMS – extending his keen insights and
operations expertise to suppliers and business partners to extend the application of AMS technologies. View Shane's full bio
Mark Armstrong, California & Arizona Agriculture, has worked in the agricultural
industry nationwide for 25 years. In that time frame, Mark has led technical sales and
marketing efforts for several firms; has acted as the relationship manager for national
accounts; and has provided hands-on technical support to customers with an emphasis
on fertility management.
Neal Friesen, California Agriculture. Neal brings a balance of educational and work experience to the AMS staff. He holds a BS degree in Crop Science from California
Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo; is a licensed Certified Crop Advisor (CCA); and
has worked as a Pest Control Advisor (PCA) for 21 years in both the retail and wholesale markets. Neal previously managed two retail units, and was Territory Manager for California
and Hawaii marketing products to end users.
Jack Kilgore, Florida Sales Representative. As President of G.A.T.O.R., Inc., Jack represents AMS in product sales and market development for the agriculture, horticulture
and turf markets. In addition to his education in agriculture, citrus technology management
and golf course operations, Jack has over 21 years of experience in providing hands-on field service to those industries. He is a member of numerous industry and trade associations,
and holds a Commercial Restricted Pesticide Use License for citrus, turf and ornamental.
